With 19,100 Mbps of firewall throughput and 15,050 Mbps of IPsec VPN throughput, the XGS 128 is the fastest of the single-CPU desktop models. It has nine 2.5 GbE copper ports, an SFP fiber port, and an optional module expansion bay for add-ons like the Sophos XGS 5G module. Its 4,650 Mbps of IPS throughput and 4,000 Mbps of threat protection throughput make it a good fit for busy branch offices that need strong inspection without slowing down.
